Is the prize wheel compliant with Google rules?

Yes, 100% compliant. We never ask for a positive review specifically, just for a review. The prize is given regardless of review content (positive, neutral or negative). Google only forbids incentives conditioned on 5★ reviews.

How many extra reviews can I expect with the wheel?

On average, businesses installing the Voxtya wheel go from 3-5 reviews/month to 15-25 reviews/month within 90 days (3-5×). Gamification effect is especially strong for restaurants, salons, and beauty.

How is fraud prevented?

Configurable cooldown (30-90 days) per email: same customer can only win once. Duplicate IP detection, mandatory email validation, unique prize code tracked owner-side. Observed fraud rate <1%.

What prizes can I put on the wheel?

6 configurable prizes, up to you to set: free coffee, free dessert, 10% off, house cocktail, welcome drink, etc. Probabilities are also configurable (e.g. 60% coffee, 20% dessert). Restaurant / Salon / Bakery presets included.

How does the customer redeem the prize?

After the spin, the customer gets a unique code by email (via Brevo) to show on their next visit. You see all generated codes in the 'Wheel > Winners' dashboard with status (validated, expired, unused).
