Can I take a single service?
Yes. Each service works on its own: for example only review collection, or only bookings. Add the others whenever you want.
How do bundles work?
Some services naturally go together: website + bookings, review collection + replies, social media + visibility. Together they cost €49 instead of €58.
When does the Suite make sense?
From 5 services. The Suite brings all 6 services for €119/month instead of €174 separately, with a live onboarding call.
What is the difference between the free listing optimizer and Visibility & insights?
The Google listing optimizer, included free in every plan, is a one-off checklist to complete your listing. Visibility & insights is tracking over time: your 3 to 5 competitors compared every month (rating, number of reviews, new reviews), your Visibility check redone every month, an email report with 3 actions written by AI from your real data, and alerts when a competitor overtakes you or your rating drops.
Do bookings fit my trade?
Yes: tables and floor plan for a restaurant, services and durations for a salon, quote requests for a tradesperson. The service adapts to how you work.
Is there a commission on bookings?
No, never. You pay your plan, that is all, whatever the number of bookings.
Which customer emails are included, and in which service?
Bookings: the confirmation and the day-before reminder. Review collection: the post-visit review request, the code won on the wheel and email campaigns to your customers (customer file or CSV). Website: the newsletter, with sign-up on your site and sending to your subscribers (also available with Review collection). All go out in your business’s name, with an unsubscribe link on bulk sends.
How does the free trial work?
Try it free for 30 days: nothing is charged before the trial ends, and you can cancel before then in 1 click and pay nothing.
AI replies to my reviews: does Google penalise that?
No. Google asks you to reply politely and quickly; it does not forbid replies prepared with AI. Voxtya writes a different reply for each review, based on what the customer wrote and in your tone. You choose: published automatically on your Google profile once linked (the default setting), or checked by you before it goes live.
Is it really AI, or canned replies?
Real AI: every reply is written from the text of the review (the dish mentioned, the first name, the problem raised), not picked from a list of templates. You can edit it before publishing.
The wheel of fortune: do my customers have to give 5 stars?
No, the rating is never asked for. Customers leave their Google review, whatever it says, then spin the wheel for a chance to win: a coffee, a dessert… or just a thank-you. Nothing is guaranteed, and the wheel is meant for your real customers, after their visit.
What about my old unanswered reviews?
They show up in your “Unanswered” list: Voxtya suggests a reply for each one, which you publish in one click. Automatic mode then takes care of new reviews.
What happens after the 30 days? How do I cancel?
If you carry on, your plan starts on day 31, at the price of the services you chose. If you cancel before, in 1 click from your account, you pay nothing. On a monthly plan you can then stop whenever you want.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes. Add or remove a service in 1 click. On a monthly plan you can stop whenever you want; a yearly plan runs until the end of the paid year.
Is a domain name included?
With the yearly plan that includes the website, a .fr or .com domain is offered, in your name, and we connect it for you.
I already have a domain name: can I use it?
Yes, at no extra cost. An assistant shows you exactly what to set at your domain seller (GoDaddy, Namecheap, IONOS, OVHcloud…), without touching your emails, then checks on its own that your site is live. And if you prefer, our team does it with you.
