Voxtya is an online platform that helps local businesses manage their online presence. The platform is offered as services you choose freely: Website, Bookings, Review collection, Review replies, Social media and Visibility & insights. Some features rely on artificial intelligence (review replies, posts, recommendations).
By creating a Voxtya account, you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.
To use Voxtya, you must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Voxtya offers a 30-day free trial on the services you choose. A payment card is requested at sign-up, but nothing is charged before the end of the trial (day 30). You can cancel at any time during the trial from your account, at no cost. Unless you cancel, the paid subscription starts automatically at the end of the trial.
Current prices are shown on the Pricing page: each service costs €29 per month, some pairs of services are offered at €49 per month and the Suite (all 6 services) at €119 per month, with a discount for annual billing. An additional location is billed €39 per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the option chosen. Adding or removing a service during a subscription is prorated. Payments are processed via our secure payment provider Stripe. Any started period is due in full. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the current period.
You agree to use Voxtya in accordance with the law and these terms. It is prohibited to use the service to:
Voxtya and all its content (text, images, logos, software) are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
Voxtya strives to ensure the availability and reliability of the service. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Voxtya shall not be liable for indirect damages related to the use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by email and will take effect 30 days after publication.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or enforcement falls under the jurisdiction of French courts.
