Voxtya is an online platform that allows professionals to manage their online reputation by centralizing customer reviews from various platforms (Google, Facebook, TripAdvisor, etc.) and providing AI-generated automated replies.
By creating a Voxtya account, you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.
To use Voxtya, you must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Voxtya offers a 14-day free trial. During this period, you have access to all features of the chosen plan. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the option chosen. Payments are processed via our secure payment provider Stripe. Any started period is due in full.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the current period, except under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
You agree to use Voxtya in accordance with the law and these terms. It is prohibited to use the service to:
Voxtya and all its content (text, images, logos, software) are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
Voxtya strives to ensure the availability and reliability of the service. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Voxtya shall not be liable for indirect damages related to the use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by email and will take effect 30 days after publication.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or enforcement falls under the jurisdiction of French courts.
