What status do I need to become a partner?

You need a registered business: a sole trader (in France, a micro-entreprise with a SIRET number) or a company. You don’t need to be a Voxtya customer.

How much will I earn?

You earn a commission on what the businesses you bring in pay, for 2 years. There are several tiers depending on your profile (referrer or independent sales partner) and your activity: we present them during our call and they are written in your contract.

How long is the commission paid?

For 2 years from each business’s first payment, as long as it stays subscribed. If the business cancels, the commission stops with its payments.

Do I need to send an invoice?

Yes: the commission is a professional fee, paid against an invoice. The details (template, frequency) are set out in the contract, and we help you prepare it.

How and when am I paid?

By bank transfer, at a regular interval set in the contract, once the business’s payment has been collected. A payment refunded to the business does not earn a commission.

How do I track the businesses I brought in?

Your personal tracking link ties every business that signs up to you. You get a clear statement: sign-ups, subscribers, payments and commission due.

Is there exclusivity or a territory?

No. No exclusivity on either side: you can represent other products, and the program is open to other partners in your area.

Is there a commitment or minimum term?

No. No entry fee, no imposed quota, no minimum term. The contract explains how it ends, on your side and ours.

What should I tell business owners?

The truth: €29 a month per service, €49 for two linked services, €119 for the Suite of all 6 services, a 30-day free trial (card required, nothing charged before it ends), no commitment. Your sales kit covers all of this.

How is this different from the referral program?

The referral program is for Voxtya customers, who get one free month for each business they refer. The affiliate program is for professionals who regularly recommend or sell Voxtya, and are paid a commission.
