How it works

Share your link

In your Voxtya space, “Referral” page: your personal link, a QR code to show, and buttons to send it by WhatsApp, email or text from your phone.

The business signs up

They create their account with your link and enjoy the 30-day free trial, like any new customer.

You get 1 month

As soon as they make their first payment, at the end of the trial, one month of your plan is credited to your account. You follow your referrals and free months in your space.

Terms

The rules, simply.

Who can refer: any Voxtya customer, from their space. If you don’t have a paid subscription yet, your month is kept aside and credited as soon as your subscription starts.
Who can be referred: a business with no Voxtya account yet that signs up with your link. The link is remembered for 90 days on their device.
When you earn the month: when the referred business becomes a paying customer, i.e. at the end of their 30-day trial, after their first successful payment.
How much: one month of your current plan (yearly plan: one twelfth of the yearly price), as a credit on your account, deducted automatically from your next invoices. The credit cannot be paid out in cash.
How often: one month per referred business, up to 12 free months a year. A business has only one referrer.
No self-referral: your own account or another account of your company doesn’t count (same email or same company, same bank card, same internet connection, same business).
Refund or dispute: if the referred business’s payment is refunded or disputed, the free month is cancelled and the credit removed from your account.
Changes: Voxtya may refuse an abusive referral, change or end the programme. Months already credited remain yours.

Do I need to be a customer to refer?

Yes: your referral link is in your Voxtya space, “Referral” page. If you are still on trial, your free month is kept aside and credited when your subscription starts.

How is the referred business linked to me?

They open your link (or scan your QR code) then create their account: it is automatic. The link is remembered for 90 days on their device, even if they come back later.

Where do I see my free months?

In your space, “Referral” page: your referrals, their status and the months you earned. The credit also shows on your invoices.

What if the business stops during the trial?

Nothing is earned until they pay their first month. If they don’t become a customer, the referral simply stays pending.
