Day to day
Wine shop software: Google reviews, website and social media without giving up your evenings
People choose a wine shop for its advice. Today, that advice is read on a phone first: a rating on Google Maps, a few reviews, a photo of the shop, a tasting announced on Instagram. Voxtya takes care of that shop window for you, so you can stay at the counter with your customers.
Getting more Google reviews for a wine shop
Your customers come back for your advice, but do not think of leaving a review. A QR code on the till counter, while you wrap the bottles, and a card slipped into gift boxes or holiday orders: customers scan and land right on your Google listing. Collection nudges your happy customers to leave a review, not only those who want to complain.
A wheel of fortune with alcohol-free prizes
The wheel gives a chance to win after the review: a corkscrew, an engraved glass, a discount on deli products, free gift wrapping. French law (loi Évin) restricts the promotion of alcohol: we advise against giving away bottles. You set the prizes and how often they come up, and every winner gets their code by email.
Replying to a review about prices or advice
“Too expensive compared with the supermarket”, “not enough organic wines”: Voxtya prepares a calm reply that thanks the customer, explains what goes into the price (the selection, the winemakers’ work, the advice) and invites them to ask for a bottle within their budget. You post it on Google in one click, or it goes out on its own.
A website that presents your selection and winemakers
Your website is built from your Google listing: hours, address, photos. You present your wines, estates, current favourites and winemakers. It is not an online store: people discover the shop before coming in. The website is designed to be read well by Google and AI assistants.
Announcing a tasting or a new arrival
In the “Events” section of your website, add each tasting with its date, time, price and a sign-up link. Then the Studio prepares the post for Instagram, Facebook and your Google listing from a photo: a new arrival, a holiday window display, a visiting winemaker.
Wine posts that stay within the rules
The suggested texts stay informative: the estate, the grape, a food pairing, the next tasting. You read and edit every post before it goes out: you stay in control of what is said about your wines.
Bringing customers back for the holidays
Before the year-end, your newsletter and a post announce your gift boxes and your tasting dates. Customers who signed up on your website receive the news by email, and the people who follow you on social media see it too. Everything is prepared from your phone, in a few minutes, between two customers.
