How is it calculated? (cautious assumptions)
  • Google: your rating grows by 0.2 stars in a year thanks to new reviews, and one extra star brings about 5% more revenue (low end of the range measured by a Harvard study on restaurants).
  • Prize wheel: 6% of your customers play, 30% win a prize and half come back to collect it.
  • Commissions: on a platform, about 1 in 3 customers books online; half switch to your direct booking. Average commission used: €2.50 per cover for a restaurant, 15% of the ticket for a salon.
  • Time: 3 minutes saved per review reply, 20 minutes per post (8 posts a month), 2 minutes per booking taken online instead of by phone.

Indicative estimate, no guaranteed result: every business is different.

Where do these gains come from?

Four levers, one single tool.

Voxtya does more than collect reviews. Each module brings you something concrete: customers, money or time.

Understanding the calculation

How much is online presence really worth to a local business?

For a restaurant, a hair salon or a shop, online visibility isn't measured in likes but in customers walking through the door. Before choosing a business nearby, most people check its Google listing: its rating, the number of reviews, how recent they are and the owner's replies. A well-kept listing brings more visits, and a better rating translates directly into revenue.

Our calculator combines four simple effects. First, new reviews collected with the prize wheel, QR code and post-visit email lift your rating and visibility. Second, the prizes won on the wheel bring some customers back. Third, bookings taken directly on your website avoid platform commissions. Finally, AI-prepared review replies and ready-to-post content save you several hours a month.

Deliberately cautious assumptions

We picked low figures: a 0.2-star improvement in a year, only 6% of customers playing the wheel, half of bookings moving to direct. Many businesses do better. The goal isn't to promise an amount, but to give you a realistic order of magnitude to decide calmly. And to check for yourself, the free trial lets you measure your own results.

How is the estimate calculated?
We start from your number of customers and their average spend, then add four effects: new customers from better visibility on Google, customers coming back for their wheel prize, saved booking commissions and time saved on reviews, posts and bookings.
Where do the figures come from?
From public data on consumer behaviour (review reading, the effect of one star on revenue, response rates when asking for a review) and usual booking platform fees. We always use the low end of the range.
Which businesses does the calculator work for?
For businesses that welcome customers directly: restaurants, cafés and bars, bakeries, hair salons and barbers, beauty salons and spas, shops and tradespeople. The suggested values adapt to your trade, and you can change them.
How soon will I see results?
The first reviews often arrive in the first week with the wheel and QR code. The effect on your Google rating and visibility builds over a few months: that’s why the estimate reflects a business using Voxtya for several months.
Why talk about saved commissions?
Booking platforms charge a commission per cover or appointment. With Voxtya, customers book directly on your website: you pay nothing per booking, however many there are.
Is the time saved real?
Yes. Replying to every review, preparing posts and taking bookings by phone takes hours each month. Voxtya prepares replies and posts, and bookings land in your calendar on their own.
Is the estimate guaranteed?
No, it’s an indicative order of magnitude. Every business is different: location, competition, season. Our assumptions are cautious, and the free trial lets you measure your real results.
How much does Voxtya cost compared to these gains?
Each module costs €29 a month, two modules that go together €49, and the full Suite €119 a month. No commitment, with a free trial.
