What gets in the way for a tradesperson
You are on a job
The phone rings when your hands are full. The customer leaves a vague message, or calls the next name on the list.
Incomplete requests
“I have a leak, can you come?”: no address, no photo, no idea how urgent it is, so you cannot price or prioritise.
Customers want reassurance
Before letting you into their home, they look for your past work, your reviews and your guarantees. A Google listing alone is not always enough.
Lead platforms
They charge for leads, and the same job is sent to several businesses.
How it works with Voxtya
- Your Google listing, then your jobs. Contact details, hours, photos and reviews are imported from your Google listing; you then add photos of your jobs.
- The quote form, included. Type of work (repair, installation, renovation, maintenance), description, address, preferred timing, budget and 1 to 5 photos taken on a phone. You get the request by email, photos included.
- Every request tracked. In your dashboard, each request has a status: new, contacted, quote sent, won, closed. You see at a glance who to follow up.
- Your services and guarantees. The “Services and prices” section details what you do, the “Services and guarantees” section what reassures (free quote, call-outs, insurance). A gallery shows your jobs.
- Your Google reviews on the site. Reviews show with source and sorting stated. Your phone number stays tappable at the top of every page for emergencies.

Plomberie Express, a fictional plumbing business in Marseille, shows a Voxtya trades website: services, gallery, reviews and a quote form with photos and preferred timing.
In practice
| What the customer gives in the form | What it saves you |
|---|---|
| Type of work and description | A first call just to understand the request |
| Photos (1 to 5) | A trip to look before pricing |
| Preferred timing | Treating an emergency like a project, or the reverse |
| Address | A request outside your area |
| Budget | A quote far from what the customer expected |
Example: a request received on a Sunday evening
On a Sunday at 9pm, a homeowner finds a leak under the sink. They search for a plumber, open your site, see your past jobs and reviews, and fill in the form: “Repair, leak under sink”, their address, timing “this week”, and two photos.
On Monday at 7am, you read the request on your phone, photos included. You know which part to bring before you even call back. The request moves to “contacted”, then “quote sent”: nothing gets lost between jobs.
