Wine shop and wine bar website: your selection, your tastings, your gift boxes

Voxtya builds the website of a wine shop from its Google listing, and you edit it yourself: Website at €29 a month (Website + Bookings: €49), 30-day free trial. For a wine shop or wine bar, it shows how you choose your wines, upcoming tastings, gift box and corporate orders by form, and table booking for the wine bar. No catalogue to maintain, no online shop.

What gets in the way for a wine shop

A catalogue you can never keep up to date

Your selection changes every week. Nobody has time to maintain a site listing 400 current wines.

Tastings that do not fill up

An evening announced on a poster in the window only reaches that day’s passers-by.

End-of-year gift boxes

Corporate and client gift orders arrive any old way by email or phone, with no budget or date, right in peak season.

Rules specific to alcohol

Advertising rules on alcohol apply to how you talk about wine: stay factual, which many website templates ignore.

How it works with Voxtya

  1. Built from your listing. Address, shop opening hours, photos and reviews are imported from Google at creation; you choose the look of the site.
  2. Your selection, not a catalogue. The site menu shows your favourites and wine families with prices, and the “Products and brands” section your winemakers. You update a few lines, not 400 product pages.
  3. The tastings calendar. The “Events” section lists your tastings and classes: date, time, description, price and sign-up link. Past dates disappear on their own, and Google reads them as events.
  4. Gift boxes and corporate orders. The “A special order?” form is included: gift box, order for a company or an event, quantities, date, budget. Each request is tracked until the order is confirmed.
  5. A table at the wine bar. With the Bookings service, customers book a table at the wine bar, with confirmation and a day-before reminder. Your Google reviews show on the site, with source and sorting stated.

Example: gift box season, with no lost emails

In mid-November, a company is looking for wine gift boxes for its clients. On your site, it fills in the form: 25 boxes, budget per box, delivery wanted by 15 December. The request arrives in your dashboard with their details; you mark it “quote sent”, then “confirmed” once the bottles are agreed.

The same month, your two tasting evenings are in the site’s calendar, with the sign-up link. The day after each evening, it disappears from the site without you thinking about it.
