What gets in the way for a beauty salon
Hands busy in the treatment room
During a treatment you cannot answer. A client who reaches voicemail often books elsewhere, on a platform.
A treatment menu that is hard to read
A menu in a photo or a PDF reads badly on a phone and does not always show the duration: the client hesitates and does not book.
Treatments are not all alike
A 15-minute wax and a one-hour facial are not scheduled the same way, and not every therapist does every treatment.
Atmosphere does not come across in words
Treatment rooms, products, cleanliness: that is what reassures a new client, and it is shown in photos.
How it works with Voxtya
- A first site ready to review. Voxtya imports your Google listing details (address, hours, photos, reviews) and builds a first site; you adjust the texts and colours.
- Your treatment menu, clearly laid out. The “Services and prices” section groups treatments by category (face, body, waxing, nails…), with time and price. Clients know what they are booking.
- Online booking, the right way. With the Bookings service in appointment mode, each treatment has its duration and buffer time, each therapist her treatments. Clients choose a treatment, a therapist or “no preference”, then a slot. Day-before reminder and cancellation link included.
- Your salon in photos. A gallery for your rooms, reception and products, updated from your phone.
- Reviews and special requests. Your Google reviews show on the site (source and sorting stated). The “Weddings, events, tailored services” form takes bridal and group requests.
In practice
| The client’s question | The answer on your site |
|---|---|
| How much is a facial? | Treatments by category, prices shown |
| How long does it take? | Duration shown for each treatment |
| Who will look after me? | Choice of therapist or “no preference” (Bookings) |
| What is it like inside? | Gallery of the rooms and reception |
| Can I bring my bridesmaids? | Bridal and group request form |
Example: a week of treatments booked online
On Sunday evening, a client searches for a facial near her. On your site she reads the menu: hydrating facial, 60 minutes, price shown. She books Tuesday 6pm with the therapist who does that treatment. On Monday, someone else books a 20-minute wax just before: the diary allows for each treatment’s duration and buffer time.
The day before, each client gets her reminder. You typed nothing by hand, and each client record keeps her appointment history and your notes.
