What gets in the way for a florist
Flowers sell on pictures
A bouquet is not described, it is shown. Without a website, your best work stays on an Instagram account not everyone checks.
Opening hours on special days
Open on Mother’s Day Sunday or on a bank holiday? Customers call to find out, usually when you are at your busiest.
Big orders taken by phone
Wedding, funeral, corporate order: you need the date, the delivery address, the colours, the budget. On the phone, with a queue in the shop, something always gets missed.
Online stores are costly
Flower relay networks and online shops take a share of every order or need a lot of work. Many florists first want a showcase.
How it works with Voxtya
- Built from your Google listing. Address, hours, photos and reviews are imported; you pick a design and your colours, with no code.
- Your work on show. The “Products and prices” section presents your ranges (bouquets, arrangements, plants, funeral, wedding) with photos and indicative prices if you like; the gallery shows the shop and your creations.
- “A special order?”. The customer describes the order (custom, gift, business, event), the date and their budget, and can attach up to 5 inspiration photos. You receive the request by email; they receive a confirmation.
- Hours and closures. Opening hours sit at the top of the page; a “closed from … to …” period shows a banner on its own, before and during your holiday.
- Your reviews and newsletter. Your Google reviews are shown with their source; a sign-up form collects customers’ emails so you can announce Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day.
