What gets in the way for a bar or café
Seated customers, no reviews
A customer spends an hour on the terrace, phone on the table, and leaves without a review. You just need to give them the chance at the right moment.
Passing trade and regulars
Tourists find the bar on Google Maps; regulars never leave reviews. You need to reach both.
Prizes that do not empty the till
Free rounds are expensive. A coffee, a soft drink or money off a sharing board please people without hurting margin.
Alcohol has its rules
In France the Évin law restricts alcohol advertising, and many countries have similar rules. A game whose prize is an alcoholic drink is questionable: alcohol-free prizes are safer.
How it works with Voxtya
- A QR code on every table. The tent card or A6 format from the print pack, on tables and the bar: “Your review, then try your luck”.
- The review, then the wheel. The customer enters a first name and email, opens your Google review page, then the wheel unlocks. Their rating is never asked.
- Alcohol-free prizes. A coffee, a hot chocolate, a soft drink, 10% off a sharing board, and “Thanks, see you soon”. You set each prize’s odds.
- A prize to come back for. The code is valid 30 days by default: the customer comes back to claim it. You validate it from the winners list.

Spin Café Lumière’s wheel (demo)
Café Lumière, a fictional café in Paris, has a demo wheel: this is what customers see after scanning the table QR code. In the demo, nothing is sent.
