Google reviews for personal trainers: get more and reply to each one

Voxtya helps a personal trainer get more Google reviews (QR code, post-visit email, wheel of fortune) and reply to them: Review collection at €29 a month (Review collection + Replies: €49), 30-day free trial. Someone looking for a “personal trainer” in their town compares Google listings, their rating and what reviews say. Here is how an independent trainer gets Google reviews from real clients with Voxtya, with no counter or till, and replies without promising results.

What gets in the way for a personal trainer

Word of mouth does not show

Your clients recommend you to friends, but not on Google. A stranger looking for a trainer in your town only sees your rating and number of reviews.

No counter, no till

In the park, at home or in a gym that is not yours, there is no fixed place for a table stand. The review request goes through your phone.

The first session is not the right moment

Clients review you when they feel progress: after a few weeks, an assessment, a goal reached. Ask too early and you get a vague review or none.

Reviews about results and health

Weight lost, pain, getting back after an injury: clients may write a lot about themselves. Your reply should neither repeat those details nor promise the same result to others.

How it works with Voxtya

  1. Your review link, sent in one message. Your review page has its own link: send it by message after the session where the client reached a milestone. You choose the moment, Voxtya provides the link and the page.
  2. A QR code in your bag or at the gym. A card with a QR code to show at the end of a session, a sticker in the studio or changing room if you have a place: clients scan and land on your Google listing.
  3. The email after the session, if clients book online. With the Bookings service, a review request can be emailed the day after the session (delay adjustable). For clients who come every week, switch it off and send your link yourself at the right moment.
  4. AI-drafted replies. For each review, the AI drafts a reply that thanks the client in their tone, without repeating personal details. Published on Google automatically or after you read it: your choice.

What to avoid when asking for reviews

  • Offering a free session for a review: Google prohibits incentives in exchange for reviews. Voxtya’s prize wheel is a game of chance, after the review, where nothing is guaranteed and the rating is never asked.
  • Asking friends and family to post: only real clients should leave a review.
  • Posting before / after photos without written consent: they show a person’s body; ask for consent before using them, including in a reply to a review.

How much is Voxtya for a personal trainer’s reviews?
Review collection (review page, QR code, print materials, email campaigns) is €29 a month, €23 billed annually. With Review replies, the bundle is €49 a month. 30-day trial.
When should I ask a client for a review?
After a session where they felt progress, an assessment or a goal reached, rather than after the first session. A short message with your link is enough.
Do I need a Google listing if I train clients at home?
Yes: a service-area business listing, with no address shown and your service area. That listing receives the reviews and shows on Google Maps.
Can I give a free session to clients who leave a review?
No: Google prohibits incentives in exchange for reviews. Just thank them, and reply to every review.
How do I reply to a review about weight loss?
Thank them for their commitment and consistency, without repeating the number or promising the same result to others. The AI drafts that reply and you adjust it if needed.
I already use Voxtya bookings, what else do I need?
Nothing special: add Review collection and the review request can go out after the session. The price stays €29 per service.
