What is the best all-in-one software for a small business?
A local business often juggles five tools: a website, a booking calendar, a review app, something for Instagram, and its Google listing. Five subscriptions, five passwords, and data that never talks. “All-in-one” software promises to bring it together, but not the same things: some are back-office suites (invoices, payments), others online presence tools, others agencies.
Here are 7 options compared on price, commitment, what is really included and the type of business each one suits best.

How to choose all-in-one software
- List what you really need: website, bookings, reviews, social media, point of sale, invoices. An all-in-one that includes things you never use costs too much.
- Add up your current subscriptions: that is the price to beat. Count the time spent switching between tools, too.
- Check the commitment: 12 or 24 months is a lot before you have tried it.
- Commissions: a booking tool that takes a cut per customer costs more the more you succeed.
- Who does the work? A tool (you stay in control, low price) or a team (you delegate, high price).
- Your data stays yours: Google listing, domain name and customer list must belong to you if you leave.

Our method (and our bias)
Voxtya is first on this list because it is our tool: we are not neutral. So for each option we say which business it suits better than us (invoices and payments, AI receptionist, SMS, delegating to a team), and we only used public prices or prices already published in our detailed comparisons, with their sources.
