Which software manages reviews for several locations?
As soon as you have two locations, review management changes: you need to see at a glance which site gets bad reviews, keep the same reply tone everywhere, and pay a price that stays reasonable when you open a third place. Multi-location software does not all target the same network size: a tool built for 300 franchises costs too much for 3 restaurants, and vice versa.
Here are 7 tools: Voxtya first (our tool, built for 2 to 10 locations), then the others ranked from the largest to the smallest network they target, with public or approximate prices and the case where each one is the best pick.
The 7 multi-location review tools in one table

A score out of 100 for your Google listing, reviews and website: run it for each location and compare.
1. Voxtya: the best pick for 2 to 10 locations you run yourself
Voxtya is built for owners who run one, two or ten locations themselves: each location gets its connected Google listing, its review collection (QR code, email, prize wheel) and AI-drafted replies, posted automatically or after checking. It is our tool, and we put it first because most owners with several locations have 2 to 10 of them: Google reviews, website and bookings in one account, at the same price for each extra location (+€39/month). For a network of several dozen sites, Partoo or Yext, further down, are a better fit. Adding a location is done from your subscription, with no new contract.
Price: Review collection + replies €49/month, plus €39/month per extra location
Strengths
- Public price per location (+€39/month), no quote or demo
- Each location has its connected Google listing and its replies posted there; you switch between them in one account
- Website, bookings and social media available in the same account
- 30-day money-back guarantee, no commitment
Limits
- No syndication to dozens of directories like Yext or Partoo
- No consolidated dashboard across locations or account manager: you switch from one location to the next
- Google-focused (no replies on Yelp, Tripadvisor or Facebook)
2. Partoo: French chains and franchises with 50+ locations
Partoo is the French standard for store networks: Google listings and directories kept in sync, reviews in one place, reports by region or store, with an account manager.

Strengths
- Built for large networks (franchises, retail chains)
- Consolidated multi-location reports

How to choose multi-location review software
- Count your locations in 2 years, not just today: the per-location price matters more than the entry price.
- Ask for the total cost: subscription, setup fees, minimum commitment, price of one more location.
- Check the overview: can you see every review in one place and filter by location?
- Stay in control of replies: shared settings (tone, sign-off) and checking negative reviews, location by location.
- Each Google listing must stay yours: the tool connects to listings through your Google account; you remain the owner.
- Review collection: a QR code and an email per location do more for your rating than a dashboard.

Our method (and our bias)
Voxtya publishes this page and sits at the top of this list: we are not neutral, and we say so. We put it first because it fits the most common case, 2 to 10 locations run by the owner; the other tools are ranked by the network size they target. For a large network, Partoo or Yext are better picks than Voxtya, and we say so. Prices come from official websites or our detailed comparisons, with their sources. Spotted a mistake? Write to us.
