What is the best AI tool to reply to Google reviews?
Replying to every Google review matters: customers read replies, and a calm answer to a bad review reassures more than it worries. The problem is time. AI tools all promise to give it back, but they do not do the same thing: some only draft, others post; some are connected to your listing, others are not.
We compared 7 tools on what matters to a business owner: public price, posting on Google, control before posting, commitment. Prices come from the official websites, with the date we checked them.

How to choose an AI review reply tool
Ask yourself these five questions, in this order:
- How many reviews do you get? Fewer than 5 a month: ChatGPT or the free generator are enough. Several a week: a tool connected to your listing saves hours.
- Does the tool post on Google? A tool that drafts without posting leaves you the copy and paste. Check that it connects to your listing through your Google account, without asking for your password.
- Do you stay in control? The right setting for most businesses: positive reviews answered automatically, negative ones checked first.
- Is the price public? A public price with no commitment lets you stop if the tool does not suit you. Be wary of yearly contracts signed after a demo.
- Where are your reviews? If customers review you on Google, pick a Google-focused tool; if your conversations happen on Instagram, a social inbox.
In every case: a short, personal reply that picks up a detail from the review beats a long generic text. Our review reply templates set the tone.
Our method (and our bias)
Voxtya makes one of the tools on this list: we are not neutral, and we say so. To stay useful, we only kept verifiable facts (public prices, features announced on official websites), with the date we checked them, and for each tool we say when it is the best choice. The detailed comparisons Voxtya vs NovaReply, Voxtya vs BrightLocal and Voxtya vs Birdeye list the sources. Spotted a mistake? Write to us from the contact page and we will fix it.
