Change the name, category or address of the profile: these changes are made at Google, which may ask you to verify again.
Post your photos to the profile: add them from Google.

Do I have to give my Google password?

No. You sign in with Google, which asks you to allow Voxtya; you can remove that access at any time from your Google account.

Do Google Business Profile updates help?

A profile that posts regularly shows Google it is active and gives customers a reason to come (dish of the day, event, something new). It is one of the signals that help visibility on Google Maps, along with reviews and complete details.
