Reviews land during service
At night nobody has time to reply. The next day, prep comes first. After a few weeks dozens of reviews are waiting, and anyone reading your listing sees a restaurant that never answers.
The same line everywhere shows
“Thanks for your review, see you soon!” pasted under every review: future guests notice. A reply that mentions the risotto or the homemade dessert shows there is a person behind it.
Tourists write in other languages
In busy areas, many reviews arrive in English or French. Replying properly in their language takes time.
A harsh review on a Saturday night
Wait times, a cold dish, a disputed bill: the first reaction is rarely the right one. A calm reply written with a cool head protects the restaurant’s reputation.
How it works with Voxtya
- Set your tone once. Formal, warm or friendly, reply length, signature (“The Bistrot team”, “Marc, head chef”). Add your own instructions: invite unhappy guests to call, never discuss refunds in public.
- Every new review gets its reply. Once your Google listing is linked, reviews arrive in Voxtya with a reply already written, in the guest’s language. It picks up what they wrote: the dish, the terrace, the waiter’s first name.

The rules that still apply with AI
- Promise nothing in public (a gesture, a refund): the reply moves the conversation to phone or email.
- Never mention a booking, a surname or a private detail.
- Do not argue with a review you find unfair: a short factual note is enough, and you can report the review to Google if it breaks its rules.
