The phone rings during treatments
A therapist alone in the treatment room cannot pick up in the middle of a massage. Missed calls become clients who book elsewhere, often on a marketplace that shows your competitors right next to your name.
Services of very different lengths
From an eyebrow wax to a bridal package, the gap runs from a few minutes to several hours. A calendar built on fixed 30-minute slots leaves gaps or creates overlaps.
The time between two clients
Changing the linen, cleaning the couch, letting nails dry: this time is not billed but it must be blocked, or the next client waits.
Marketplace commissions
Some beauty marketplaces take a cut on the new clients they send you, or charge per therapist. With Voxtya the price is fixed, whatever the number of appointments or staff.
How it works with Voxtya
- Create your services. For each treatment: a name (in English and French if you like), a category (face, body, waxing, nails…), a duration, a price and a buffer time after it. Clients see the duration and price before choosing.
- Add your therapists. Each team member has her own services: the lash specialist only appears for lash treatments. Clients pick a therapist or “no preference” and are offered the first free slot.
- Set your appointment hours. Several time ranges a day (for example 9:30–1 pm and 2–7 pm), a slot grid from 5 to 60 minutes, your closing days and how far ahead clients can book.
- Confirm, or let it run. Automatic confirmation, or manual approval for long treatments. Clients get an email confirmation then a reminder the day before, with a link to cancel within the notice you set (24 h, 48 h…).
- Share your link. Your booking page goes on your Google listing (appointment link), in your Instagram bio and on your website. Each client has a profile with past appointments and notes.
