What gets in the way for a beauty salon
A treatment room, not an office
Between two treatments you cannot write. Reviews wait for weeks, while new clients read them before booking.
Discretion first
Waxing, facials, body treatments: a reply must never repeat an intimate detail or confirm a sensitive treatment. You need a clear rule, applied to every reply.
A late start, nails that did not last
An appointment that ran late, a set of nails that chipped: the reply must acknowledge it and offer a fix, without justifying itself in public.
How it works with Voxtya
- A discretion instruction. Write it once: “never repeat the treatment details or a body part”. Every reply follows it, with your tone and signature.
- A reply for every review. Once your Google listing is linked, each new review arrives with a reply that thanks them, names the therapist if the client did, and invites them back.
- Automatic or checked. Automatic mode: the reply goes out after the delay you choose, 1 and 2-star reviews wait for you. Manual mode: one click to publish.
- Reviews on other platforms. Paste the review into Voxtya: the reply is ready, you copy it onto the platform.

Paste a review you received and pick a tone: you see the reply Voxtya drafts, no signup. The service does the same for every new review on your listing.
In practice
| Review received (example) | What the drafted reply does |
|---|---|
| “Perfect facial, Camille is lovely” | Thanks them, names Camille, talks about a relaxing moment without describing the treatment |
| “Nails chipped after 4 days” (2 stars) | Acknowledges the problem, offers a free fix; waits for your review |
| 5 stars, no comment | A short, personal thank-you, signed by the salon |
Why discretion matters in a reply
A public reply is read by everyone. Repeating “your bikini wax” or “your slimming treatment” exposes the client. A good reply stays general about the treatment (“this calm moment”) and personal about the relationship (the therapist’s first name, the invitation to come back).
