All-in-one salon software: website, online booking and Google reviews
All-in-one salon software puts your website, online booking and Google reviews in one account, instead of a booking app, a website builder and a review tool billed separately. With Voxtya, a hair or beauty salon takes appointments on its own site with no commission, gets more Google reviews and replies to them with AI: €49 a month for Website + Bookings, €49 for Review collection + Review replies, or €119 for all 6 services, with a 30-day free trial.

A marketplace does bring new clients: many salons keep one for that and send regulars to their own booking page.
A client’s visit, from Google to the review
The client finds the salon on Google Maps and opens your website from the profile.
They pick a service and a stylist (or “first available”) and book a slot in a few taps on their phone.
They get a confirmation email, then a reminder the day before with a link to cancel or move, so the chair is freed in time.
After the appointment, an email invites them to leave a Google review; the QR code at the till does the same for walk-ins.
Each new review gets a reply in your tone, posted on Google.

How much does all-in-one salon software cost?
With Voxtya: €29 a month per service, €49 for Website + Bookings, €49 for Review collection + Review replies, €119 for all 6 services (€95 a month billed yearly). Each extra salon costs €39 a month.
Can clients choose their stylist?
Yes. Each stylist has their own calendar and services; clients pick a stylist or the first one available.
Can I keep Fresha, Booksy or Treatwell for new clients?
Yes. Many salons keep a marketplace to be found by new clients and put their own Voxtya booking link on their website, Google profile and Instagram for regulars, with no commission on those bookings.
Do I have to change my website?
No. Take Bookings alone (€29 a month) and paste the booking widget into your current site, or take the Voxtya website if you have none.
